FPD Probe Station은 LCD, OLED, AMOLED, Micro LED 등 평판 디스플레이(FPD)의 Panel, Glass, Wafer 및 개별 Pixel/TFT 소자에 전기적 신호를 인가하고 전기적·광학적 특성을 정밀하게 측정 및 분석하는 장비입니다.

Display Panel의 전극 또는 Pad에 Probe를 정밀하게 접촉하여 I-V, Leakage, Resistance, TFT 특성, Pixel 전기 특성 및 E/L 특성 등을 측정할 수 있습니다.

특히 연구개발 단계 및 제조 과정 에서 제품의 구조와 Pad Layout에 맞추어 Custom Probe Card / Probe Unit / Stage / Measurement Instrument system 등을 구성하여 제공 합니다.

System introduction

The FPD Probe Station applies electrical signals to panels, glass, wafers, and individual pixel/TFT devices for LCD, OLED, AMOLED, Micro-LED, and other flat-panel displays.

Precision probe contact enables I-V, leakage, resistance, TFT, pixel-electrical, and E/L measurements. Custom probe cards, probe units, stages, and measurement instruments are configured to match the device structure and pad layout for R&D and production.
