반도체 프로브 스테이션 시스템은 웨이퍼 또는 칩 레벨에서 반도체 소자의
전기적 측정 및 분석을 위해 설계된 고정밀 소자 특성 분석 시스템 입니다.

전동 정밀 위치 제어 시스템, Laser 정렬 시스템 및 Marking, 자동 초점 줌 현미경, 그리고 B1500/4200A-SCS 반도체 파라미터 분석기를 탑재하여 정확한 프로브 위치 지정, 안정적인 소자 접촉, 그리고 고급 전기적 특성 분석을 가능하게 합니다.

0.1um Resolution Motorized Positioner 를 통해 수마이크로 컨텍을 안정적으로 제공하며 파라미터 분석기와 통합된 이 시스템은 I-V 특성, 누설 전류, 항복 전압, 저항, 정전 용량, 트랜지스터 소자 특성 분석 등 다양한 전기적 측정을 지원합니다. 또한 고객 요청에 따라 Laser Marking 시스템도 탑재 가능 합니다.

System introduction

The Semiconductor Probe Station performs high-precision electrical characterization at wafer or chip level.

Motorized positioning, laser alignment and marking, autofocus zoom microscopy, and B1500/4200A-SCS parameter analyzers provide accurate probe placement and stable contact.

A 0.1 µm-resolution positioner supports I-V, leakage-current, breakdown-voltage, resistance, capacitance, and transistor measurements. Laser marking is optional.
