전기적 측정 및 분석을 위해 설계된 고정밀 소자 특성 분석 시스템 입니다.
Double Side Manual Prober 은 Top Side 와 더불어 Back Side 측정 이 요구되는 Device에 적합한 Probing system 으로서 8~12 inch Wafer 및 Partial Wafer, Package Chip 등 다양한 Device를 Test 할 수 있으며 Photon Emission Microscopy 및 Thermal Emission microscopy 와 사용시 강력한 Performance 를 낼 수 있는 Double side probing system 입니다.
Back Side Probing 시 야기 되었던 불안정성과 불편함은 전용 Probe Card Holder 와 전용 Platen을 활용하여 보다 신속하고 안정적인 Back Side Pin Contact 을 제공 합니다.
또한 특수 코팅된 Glass chuck 과 Silicon chuck은 Emission 투과율을 향상 시켜줍니다.

Motorized positioning, laser alignment and marking, autofocus zoom microscopy, and B1500/4200A-SCS analyzers provide accurate probe placement and stable contact.
A 0.1 µm-resolution positioner supports I-V, leakage-current, breakdown-voltage, resistance, capacitance, and transistor measurements. Laser marking is optional.
